 The horizon broadened for hundreds of aspiring aviators this past Friday as the Uganda Aviation Academy (UAA) held its 2026 graduation ceremony.     The sky is nolonger a ceiling,it is your new office. ✈️ Standing before a phalanx of microphones, Hon. Capt. George Mike Mukula, the founder of the academy and a veteran aviator himself. In his speech, he shared a message of "Discipline and Integrity." Mukula, who established the academy in 2011 to bridge the professional skills gap in East Africa, emphasized that technical skill alone isn't enough to survive the high-stakes world of international flight. "This graduation is not the end, but the beginning of your professional journey," Mukula told the press. He then conclided by sauing, "The aviation sector is fast-evolving.
