A Bold Gallop for votes.Edigu Dethrones the Ordinary. By Melanie

Can the momentum of a horse carry him all the way to the Guild house?🤔

A Guild President aspirant decides to change the pace of the race. On Thursday afternoon at Kyambogo University, Edigu Gregory Micheal stunned the student body when he eschewed the traditional "foot-procession" for a more majestic approach. While rival candidates relied on the sheer volume of their walking supporters, Edigu arrived atop a chestnut horse, cutting a striking figure.

The sight of Edigu on horseback wasn't just a spectacle; it was a calculated move in the high-stakes game of student politics. Supporters and curious onlookers quickly gathered as the candidate navigated the university grounds, elevated above the crowd.
His supporters suggest the horse symbolizes strength, leadership, and a "gallop" toward progress, which contrast with the slower, "walking" pace of previous administrations.

The unconventional arrival sent ripples through the campus. "We are used to noise and walking," said one third-year student. "Seeing a candidate on a horse feels like he’s bringing a new level of seriousness, or at least, he knows how to command attention,we are looking forward to his governance."
